Principal Product Manager (AI)

Location: Seattle, WA; hybrid schedule with paid relocation available. Collaboration includes shared SpreeHours Monday–Thursday, 5–7pm PT / 7–9am ICT.

Salary: $260,000–$310,000 base per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own product outcomes by translating direction into a roadmap and delivering measurable results.
• Conduct direct customer conversations and turn insights into testable hypotheses.
• Prototype working demos to showcase and pressure-test product ideas.
• Lead Engineering, Design, Data, and other cross-functional partners toward shared goals.
• Define success metrics, track progress, and surface risks early.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with demonstrated ownership of outcomes.
• Ability to make decisive choices and move forward under ambiguity.
• Strong judgment combining qualitative and quantitative inputs.
• Strong communication, product taste, and ability to explain product bets.
• Experience aligning cross-functional partners toward shared goals.
• Ability to work in the Seattle hybrid setup and participate in the required collaboration window.
