What you will do

• Lead the outlet store and create a strong customer experience across online, app, and in-store channels.
• Manage sales, payroll, controllable expenses, store profitability, and financial performance.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and retain a customer-focused sales team.
• Oversee opening and closing routines, floor management, inventory levels, and visual merchandising standards.
• Use sales analytics, customer feedback, and competitive insights to improve operations and drive growth.
• Build and execute a sustainable plan for visitation, profitability, ethical conduct, security, and compliance.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in retail store operations and sales management.
• Ability to meet sales, payroll, expense, and customer experience goals.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift or move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work an in-store retail schedule with varying shifts.
