Location: Columbus, Ohio — physical retail, in-store

Salary: $21.00–$22.50 per hour; the fixed entry rate for new hires is $21.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Lead visual merchandising excellence across multiple departments.
• Execute floorsets, seasonal updates, promotional transitions, signage changes, and daily presentation upkeep.
• Style displays, replenish merchandise, support floor moves and resets, and maintain accurate product placement.
• Ensure displays remain polished, full, organized, shoppable, and aligned with brand standards.
• Use visual guides, store technology, merchandising tools, and inventory systems to support execution.
• Support customers, collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional partners, and coach Visual Associates and Visual Specialists.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience supporting visual merchandising, department resets, or store presentation.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, organization, adaptability, and customer focus.
• Comfort navigating store technology, visual guides, merchandising tools, and inventory systems.
• Ability to stand and walk frequently throughout the day and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to read and understand English and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Schedule flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
