Salary: $90,396–$100,439 per year

What you will do

• Lead the outlet store and create a high-quality customer experience across in-store, online, and app channels.
• Manage sales, payroll, controllable expenses, store profitability, and long-term market growth plans.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and retain a high-performing customer-focused sales team.
• Oversee daily operations, opening and closing routines, inventory levels, visual merchandising, and floor management.
• Use sales analytics, customer feedback, and competitive insights to improve store performance and operational processes.
• Promote ethical conduct, security, compliance, accountability, and continuous feedback across the team.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a physical retail environment in Aurora, Colorado.
• Ability to stand, walk, talk, hear, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong customer service, sales leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Ability to work a variable retail shift schedule, with schedules generally provided at least two weeks in advance.
• Ability to maintain professional appearance and demonstrate sound judgment, ethical conduct, security, and compliance.
