Recruiting Coordinator (AI)

Location: San Jose, United States; onsite candidate coordination is required.

Salary: $75,000–$120,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Coordinate candidate logistics, interview scheduling, communications, and onsite experiences.
• Manage Greenhouse ATS administration, including configuration, data hygiene, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards covering pipeline health and operational performance.
• Design and launch recruiting programs, processes, and tools, and lead enablement sessions for recruiters and interviewers.
• Identify process gaps and operational issues, resolving them before they create hiring bottlenecks.
• Maintain integrations across ATS, scheduling, sourcing, and other recruiting tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or a similar fast-paced role.
• Experience with ATS and scheduling platforms, including Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar systems.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and adaptability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-first approach.
• Proactive operational mindset focused on improving processes and team effectiveness.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting technical hiring for AI/ML, research, or hardware teams.
• Experience as an early recruiting hire at a startup and building recruiting infrastructure from the ground up.
