Customer Service Representative

What you will do

• Prepare and follow up on harvest and incremental quotations for assigned corporate accounts.
• Process customer orders accurately and on time in SAP.
• Review contracts and maintain customer, pricing, material, and hierarchy master data.
• Coordinate with internal functions to support on-time order fulfillment.
• Process customer returns and manage RGA documentation.
• Resolve customer credit and invoice issues with the Finance department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, listening, and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with ERP software is desired; CRM knowledge is preferred.
