Customer Service Representative (B2B)

What you will do

• Prepare and issue harvest and incremental quotations for assigned corporate accounts.
• Follow up on quotations to support customer retention, business growth, and new product adoption.
• Review contracts and enter customer orders accurately and promptly in SAP.
• Maintain customer, pricing, material, and hierarchy master data in SAP.
• Coordinate with internal functions to support on-time order fulfillment.
• Process customer returns and resolve credit and invoice issues with Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• At least 4 years of B2B sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with ERP software; SAP experience is relevant to the role.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of customer relationship management software.
