Knowledge Management Technical Project Manager (AI)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; travel required up to 10% of the time; relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $75,500–$104,000 per year

What you will do

• Cleanse, integrate, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python.
• Develop automated data-processing workflows and AI/ML-enabled solutions with Python and Generative AI.
• Analyze and optimize knowledge publishing libraries and document metadata management.
• Monitor, analyze, and report knowledge-management KPIs and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver knowledge-management projects.
• Support executives with strategic project tracking and testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or above, with demonstrated data analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python libraries, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Experience with Generative AI platforms, prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflow automation, and evaluation of AI-generated outputs.
• Project management, cross-functional collaboration, analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• English is required; the role is based in Santa Clara, California.

Nice to have

• Fluency or native proficiency in Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, or Traditional Chinese in addition to English.
• Interest in applying AI to technical documentation, translation workflows, knowledge capture, content governance, and knowledge-management processes.
