Project Management Lead - Enterprise Transformation

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Manage cross-functional enterprise programs and projects from feasibility and business case development through planning, delivery, testing, deployment, and closure.
• Create project charters, implementation approaches, project plans, RACI matrices, status reports, risk registers, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate stakeholders, secure resources, facilitate meetings, and hold business owners and project teams accountable for deliverables.
• Oversee scope, time, cost, quality, communications, procurement, risks, issues, and stakeholder management.
• Report progress to business owners, steering committees, and executive leadership while resolving or escalating issues.
• Identify change management needs, interpret ADKAR results, support organizational change, and archive project knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8 years of program or project management experience, including enterprise-scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Change Management practitioner experience and PMP certification from PMI.
• Ability to build and execute project plans, facilitate meetings, conduct interviews and focus groups, and manage stakeholder accountability.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and executive-level communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and process mapping tools such as Visio.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or PgMP certification.
• Healthcare services or Shared Services experience.
• Knowledge of SAFe, Lean Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma practices.
• Experience with Smartsheet or digital platforms for virtual brainstorming and decision-making.
