What you will do

• Move across vision setting, AI incubation, craft and systems, and end-to-end product quality based on the studio’s priorities.
• Turn ambiguous ideas into concrete, high-quality product directions independently and quickly.
• Facilitate collaboration among designers, product managers, and engineers to build shared ownership and maintain momentum.
• Drive fast-moving AI incubation projects from 0-to-1 through product definition and validation.
• Raise craft and quality standards, mentor mid-level designers, and resolve ambiguity across the studio.
• Represent design in cross-functional and platform-level discussions while using AI-powered prototyping tools to validate concepts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on product design experience with enterprise, platform, or complex B2B products.
• Experience driving ambiguous cross-functional initiatives across multiple problem spaces.
• Deep hands-on fluency with AI as a design material and with AI-native product experiences.
• Strong facilitation, executive communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
• Fluency with AI-powered design and prototyping tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field, plus a portfolio showing broad product range and cross-functional leadership.
