Professional Services Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Location: Brazil; remote. Willingness to travel to headquarters in Silicon Valley for product training and knowledge development is required.

Salary: R$313,000–R$375,000 per year, plus potential equity and bonus.

hirify.global provides a breach-containment and microsegmentation platform that uses the hirify.global AI Security Graph to protect hybrid multi-cloud environments.

What you will do

• Advise clients on integrating, deploying, upgrading, and managing the hirify.global product suite.
• Coordinate implementation timelines, resources, technical reviews, change preparation, testing, and validation.
• Develop hirify.global-specific API scripts and support automation, monitoring, and service management.
• Monitor deployments, troubleshoot anomalies and performance issues, and recommend optimization approaches.
• Collaborate with IT Security, Security Tooling, Security Operations, product, support, and client teams.
• Prepare project documentation, metrics, reports, security rulesets, policies, and customer training materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of consulting or advisory experience.
• Strong experience with Linux, preferably CentOS or Red Hat, and Windows Server.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI and container platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Automation and scripting experience with Bash, Python, Ruby, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
• Expertise in networking concepts, network flows, protocols, application security controls, and broad IT infrastructure.
• Technical fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, with strong client communication, conflict-resolution, and project management skills.

• Project management experience.
• Prior hirify.global experience is not required; product training is provided.
