Customer Service Representative-Clinical

Location: United States; Remote. Work from home in a designated area with a reliable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

What you will do

• Answer inbound and outbound calls from providers, members, and health plans.
• Identify caller needs and provide information about benefits and other services.
• Record call details and caller information in proprietary systems.
• Research inquiries, use online resources, and forward issues requiring additional investigation.
• Manage call handling and follow-up within required timeframes.
• Attend staff meetings, complete required training, and follow company policies and compliance standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• At least one year of customer service experience; inbound call center experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work across multiple systems during one interaction.
• Strong verbal communication, listening, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work accurately, manage interruptions, protect confidential information, and remain seated for extended periods.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States in a suitable work-from-home environment.
