Operations Service Specialist - Western (Remote)

Location: Remote in the Western United States, Mountain or Pacific time zone; availability from 9am-5pm Mountain or Pacific time is required.

Salary: $37,440–$45,760 annually, paid on an hourly basis; eligible for overtime and a company bonus plan.

What you will do

• Respond to independent server partners and clients through chat, providing clear and professional support.
• Monitor platform jobs, timelines, prompts, and service-level agreements to ensure successful completion.
• Manage high-volume operational work and create consistent, exceptional user experiences.
• Document work, review processes, identify inefficiencies, and collaborate with Team Leads and colleagues on improvements.
• Identify, solve, and escalate platform issues and opportunities.
• Cross-train for similar support roles and represent the customer within the organization.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience in service of process, consulting, operations, strategy, or a related field.
• Strong written communication, collaboration, partner management, organization, time management, and administrative skills.
• Experience building trust-based relationships with independent contractor server partners.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively under a high workload.
• Ability to complete 8 hours of actual work per day, excluding lunch breaks, during the required Mountain or Pacific time schedule.
• Legal or real estate experience is preferred.
