UX/UI Designer

What you will do

• Design and maintain user experiences for internal and external tools, including screens, workflows, and digital assets.
• Translate business needs into user flows, wireframes, and polished user interfaces.
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries across current and future tools.
• Collaborate with software developers from early design through implementation to ensure practical, accurate execution.
• Work with Product Managers and Marketing to align product experiences with business needs and brand standards.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, stakeholder presentations, and design iterations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI or product designer, ideally with internal tools, enterprise software, or B2B platforms.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating the end-to-end design process from concepts and wireframes to polished UI.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems with componentized design thinking.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and an understanding of browser implementation constraints.
• Strong visual design skills and experience applying brand guidelines to digital products.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with developers, Product Managers, and non-design stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience designing internal or operational tools in advertising, media, logistics, or a similar operations-heavy industry.
• Experience with formal design systems or component libraries used across multiple products.
• Experience working with Marketing teams on brand governance across non-marketing surfaces.
