Senior UX Designer (AI)

Location: Onsite in Maplewood, Minnesota, United States; at least four days per week at the hirify.global Center. Travel may include up to 20% domestic and international travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Salary: $109,202–$133,469, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Define and drive the Safety & Industrial Business Group design system with UX/UI and corporate design teams.
• Lead scoping, design, user testing, and execution of high-quality deliverables.
• Apply hirify.global brand and design guidelines across design and design-research projects.
• Integrate user experiences across digital and physical products throughout the business portfolio.
• Partner with research and user-testing resources to generate diverse user insights and inform product roadmaps.
• Advocate for digital capabilities and UX value with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before the start date.
• At least two years of experience in UX design, design research, and/or UI design.
• At least one year of experience designing for web and native iOS or Android applications.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Must work onsite at the Maplewood, Minnesota location at least four days per week.
