Recruiting Manager, IT & Non-Clinical (IT)

Salary: $140,000–$150,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Lead the national non-clinical recruitment division, with a primary focus on expanding and optimizing IT staffing.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop recruiters across IT, marketing, finance, and other professional disciplines.
• Establish recruiting strategy, goals, KPIs, productivity standards, and accountability expectations.
• Monitor candidate pipelines and production metrics, including submissions, interviews, offers, starts, and fill rates.
• Partner with sales and account management to understand client needs and prioritize staffing requirements.
• Build consistent recruiting processes and support difficult searches, candidate concerns, and offer negotiations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT or technical staffing recruitment.
• At least 3 years of experience leading or managing IT staffing recruiters.
• Experience recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and/or direct-hire IT positions.
• Experience managing recruiter performance and production metrics.
• Strong understanding of technical recruiting and the IT staffing market.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
