What you will do
- Source physicians through outreach, job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and creative channels.
- Own full-cycle recruiting for physician roles from intake through offer.
- Run high-volume phone screens assessing role fit, motivation, and baseline clinical qualifications.
- Manage multiple pipelines in Ashby with accurate tracking and timely follow-up.
- Coordinate interviews and feedback loops with hiring managers.
- Represent the employer brand and deliver a transparent, responsive candidate experience.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience.
- Prior physician recruiting experience is required.
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort with high call volumes.
- Ability to work effectively in a low-structure, fast-changing environment.
Nice to have
- Telehealth or virtual care recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting nurse practitioners or other licensed providers.
- Ashby experience.
