IT Vendor Relationship Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Partner with IT leadership to strengthen vendor governance, contract management, financial oversight, and executive reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance by tracking KPIs, conducting business reviews, ensuring contractual compliance, and driving issue resolution.
• Support contract analysis, pricing evaluations, renewal planning, procurement coordination, and cost management.
• Develop vendor scorecards, reporting, and performance metrics to support data-driven decisions.
• Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and streamlined workflows across IT and business functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of IT vendor management experience preferred.
• Experience with vendor relationship management, contract negotiations, performance monitoring, risk assessment, and renewal management.
• Ability to evaluate vendor capabilities, develop performance metrics, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, and prioritization skills.
