What you will do

• Research industry trends, market segments, competitors, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
• Support strategy development through research, data analysis, insights, and execution.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on market and competitive research.
• Structure ambiguous business questions, gather evidence, and recommend practical next steps.
• Build presentations, briefing documents, analyses, and other decision-support materials.
• Own high-impact cross-functional projects and turn analysis into action.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience; exceptional graduates with strong internship or co-op experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong research, analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and focus on what matters.
• Comfort taking ownership with limited direction and asking for input when needed.
• Curiosity about businesses, markets, customers, and products.

Nice to have

• Exposure to B2B SaaS, consulting, startups, or Marketing, Sales, Product, or Customer Success teams.
