Senior Pharmacovigilance Client Account Manager (Pharmacovigilance)

Location: United States. Remote working is supported; employees within a reasonably short commute of a hirify.global office may work on a hybrid basis as agreed with their manager. Occasional travel to clients or hirify.global offices may be required.

What you will do

• Manage designated client relationships, expectations, contracts, and service delivery.
• Develop and maintain client Working Practices and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and extensions of client services with internal Client Services teams and business units.
• Lead client meetings, business reviews, office visits, and communications about issues and improvements.
• Assess additional client requests, review costs, negotiate business terms, and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to global Client Services process and project work.

Requirements

• Life Sciences degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of contract or client management experience in a healthcare environment.
• Previous mentoring and/or supervisory experience.
• Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, planning, prioritization, organizational, and computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects up to a global level and collaborate with clients, internal departments, and management.
• Working knowledge of company Standard Operating Procedures, with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
