Senior Product Customer Success Manager

What you will do

• Manage multiple client accounts and workstreams within a small portfolio.
• Deliver complex technical integrations and customer-facing projects, including API integrations.
• Build strategic success plans based on client business drivers and monitor KPIs, performance, and value.
• Develop stakeholder relationships, support feature adoption, and identify renewal, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
• Create and validate business cases, deliver quarterly business reviews, and support client escalations.
• Coach and train CSMs, quality-assure deliverables, and collaborate with sales, professional services, and technology teams.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree.
• Proven experience in customer success, client account management, or relationship management.
• Experience delivering technical and customer-facing projects, including API integrations, programs, or multi-threaded projects.
• Experience with account renewals, upsells, cross-sells, business analysis, and business requirements.
• Strong commercial awareness, business-case development, data analysis, and Excel or similar tools experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience working in or with large corporates.
