Project Manager (Electrical Transmission and Distribution)

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day project backlog, including task assignment, prioritization, progress tracking, and project documentation.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards and contractual milestones.
• Coordinate Sales, Quotations, Operations, Purchasing, Field Services, customers, and other stakeholders in a matrixed international environment.
• Review and approve project plans, budgets, and schedules while monitoring risks, issues, and changes.
• Ensure technical and commercial specifications, hardware deliveries, supporting documentation, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Improve project management processes, support professional development, and contribute to customer success and account retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in technical customer service or commercial operations; experience in utility transmission, distribution, or power generation is preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of IT and communication protocols, with comfort working around instrumentation and using basic programming tools when required.
• Experience with technical and process troubleshooting and the ability to influence and engage colleagues and customers.
• Experience with CRM case-management systems such as Salesforce or Oracle is preferred.
