Project Supervisor - Belfast (Elevator Modernisation)

Location: Belfast office, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom; travel to customer sites required

What you will do

• Manage a regional portfolio of New Installation and Modernisation projects across Ireland.
• Supervise and coordinate installation and modernisation engineers, including meetings, performance reviews and health and safety visits.
• Monitor operational metrics, project efficiency, customer satisfaction and financial performance.
• Prepare CPPs, method statements, quality plans and programmes through approval.
• Manage project variations, payment milestones, final accounts and project closure.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure safe, quality-driven, cost-effective delivery and handover to the Service team.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Project Supervisor.
• Operational experience in engineering, manufacturing or construction, preferably in a high-volume production environment.
• Customer relationship management and superior customer-care skills.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to customer sites.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organisation, initiative and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to health and safety regulations, personal ownership and continuous development.
