Salesforce Senior Consultant (Managed Services)

Annual salary: $87,400–$266,300 USD, depending on location, role, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Own functional delivery and execution as a senior consultant and trusted client advisor.
• Lead requirements gathering, discovery, solution design, Salesforce configuration, and enhancements.
• Manage backlogs, define user personas, write and groom user stories, and decompose them into actionable tasks.
• Lead 3–4 managed services engagements concurrently with global delivery teams.
• Track budgets, timelines, staffing, risks, issues, engagement status, and client communications.
• Coach junior functional and technical team members and stay current with Salesforce and Amazon capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience solving complex use cases.
• Business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience.
• Experience with project ownership, discovery and design, solution options, user-story estimation, sizing, and release planning.
• Salesforce.com Administrator certification plus either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Strong written and oral communication, attention to detail, teamwork, learning ability, and flexibility.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Amazon products and platforms.
• Additional Salesforce certifications, especially AI Specialist, Community Cloud, Field Service Lightning Consultant, or CPQ Specialist.
