Senior Solutions Consultant (AI)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States. On-site five days per week; travel to customer locations and field events may reach 30%–70%.

Base salary: $125,000–$225,000 USD per year, with possible commission eligibility for sales roles.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to define technical strategy for high-value enterprise accounts and support regional sales goals.
• Scope, design, and deliver custom technical Proofs of Concept and Proofs of Value.
• Present technical and business architectures to technical stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Lead technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and detailed client proposals while addressing complex technical objections.
• Share customer requirements with Product Management and contribute to the product roadmap.
• Create reusable architectural assets and mentor associate Solutions Consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or a related technical or business field.
• At least 5 years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or client-facing professional services in enterprise software sales.
• Strong technical fluency in enterprise application architecture, REST APIs, databases, SQL, integrations, cloud environments, or modern development languages.
• Experience delivering technical demonstrations, custom prototypes, or POCs/POVs and conducting technical discovery and requirements analysis.
• Ability to work on-site in McLean, Virginia, five days per week.
• Ability to travel to customer locations and field events as required, up to 30%–70%.

Nice to have

• Solution architecture experience in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, life sciences, or the public sector.
• Familiarity with application servers, web servers, AI-enabled automation, or case management frameworks.
• Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow.
