Sales Development Representative (AI Healthcare)

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States; on-site in the office five days per week. Occasional travel may be required.

On-target earnings: $63,000–$95,000, plus equity and commission.

What you will do

• Source new business among private practices, physician groups, and healthcare systems.
• Make cold calls, qualify accounts, and launch targeted outbound campaigns.
• Qualify opportunities, schedule product demonstrations, and meet or exceed monthly quotas.
• Align hirify.global and Athelas solutions with prospects' business needs.
• Manage prospect objections and build lasting customer relationships.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams while developing expertise in healthcare.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6 months to 1+ year of sales or healthcare experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility, multitasking ability, prioritization, and effective time management.
• Organized, process-oriented approach and comfort working in an unstructured environment.
• Ability to work on-site in the Lehi office five days per week and travel occasionally.
