Director US Field Reporting Vaccines and General Medicines (AI)

Location: Cambridge, MA; hybrid. Applicants must be US or Puerto Rico residents.

Salary: $161,250–$232,916.66 per year

What you will do

• Lead the vision, strategy, design, development, and operations of field reporting for US Vaccines and General Medicines commercial teams.
• Build reporting strategies, processes, and tools using pharmaceutical data sources, business intelligence, and AI platforms.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered analytics, automation, and self-service reporting to improve sales efficiency.
• Advise Sales and Marketing leadership and partner with Digital/ITS, Commercial, Market Access, Compliance, global GTMC teams, and vendors.
• Manage Associate Directors, the Field Reporting Hub, staffing, budgets, prioritization, governance, and delivery.
• Lead change management, team development, and continuous capability improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics, reporting, sales operations, or equivalent consulting.
• Experience leading or partnering with field teams, managing vendors, and delivering measurable business value in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency with pharmaceutical data sources including IQVIA, LAAD, Xponent, Symphony, Komodo, CMS, Optum, Questlab, SP/PSS, and DDD/867.
• Experience with Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Snowflake, Oracle, DBeaver, SQL Server, Veeva, and Salesforce.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with knowledge of AI applications, automation, project management, and portfolio management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline required; master’s degree preferred.
