Senior Director, Data Analytics (AI)

Location: Onsite at 221 River St, Hoboken, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $156,000–$312,000 annual base salary, plus potential performance bonuses and stock. A separate salary range of $130,000–$260,000 is listed for Bentonville, Arkansas.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and execution of a consistent, scalable source-of-truth data foundation.
• Engineer AI-driven reporting solutions that automate insights into supply constraints, cost-to-serve, and growth opportunities.
• Set the strategy for enterprise tooling, including design, configuration, maintenance, and platform roadmaps.
• Scale Salesforce through a product-centric approach and agile methodologies.
• Oversee data quality, analytics, visualization, and exploratory analysis initiatives.
• Guide cross-functional teams, mentor associates, and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 6 years of related experience, or a master’s degree and 4 years of experience, or 8 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Expertise in data analysis, data science, statistics, business metrics, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
• Work onsite in Hoboken, New Jersey, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing Salesforce for a digital advertising organization.
• Retail, merchandising, healthcare, or e-commerce industry experience.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Successful completion of assessments in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
