Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in New York, San Francisco, or Stockholm

What you will do

• Build and maintain self-serve data tools using a modern analytics stack.
• Embed with internal teams as a data adviser to provide strategic analysis and consulting.
• Develop data pipelines to power business operations, including cloud compute economics and sales compensation.
• Create foundational datasets for product usage, financial reporting, and marketing analysis.
• Identify cost savings and optimization opportunities across business tools and financial operations.
• Influence product development through detailed product analytics tracking.

Requirements

• Fluency in SQL and proficiency in Python.
• Professional experience with at least two of the following: Snowflake, dbt, dlt, hirify.global, Hex, or Posthog.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable business impact.
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI products, specifically LLM inference and sandboxes.
• Background in FinOps, fraud, sales operations, or risk management.
• Project management experience.
• Active presence in the data community.
