Manager, Talent Development

Location: 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, United States. Hybrid schedule with office attendance required at least four days per week; regular travel of up to 25% is required.

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 per year, bonus eligible.

Global media and entertainment organization producing and distributing film, television, streaming, news, sports, and theme park content.

What you will do

• Lead and evolve global Talent Lab development experiences across New York, Los Angeles, and London.
• Manage scopes, timelines, resources, communications, stakeholders, vendors, and operational partners across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with Talent Management, HR, and business leaders to translate talent priorities into development strategies and practical tools.
• Design and facilitate in-person, virtual, and online learning experiences covering AI fluency, leadership expectations, media business acumen, and talent priorities.
• Prepare facilitators through onboarding, facilitator guides, practice sessions, observation, and feedback.
• Measure program effectiveness using participant feedback and data insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in talent management, talent development, learning and development, organizational development, organizational change, or strategy consulting.
• Experience designing learning in in-person, virtual, and online/asynchronous formats.
• Experience facilitating both virtual and in-person sessions and managing complex learning or talent projects.
• Strong stakeholder consulting, writing, communication, and learning content development skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Comfort using AI tools and technologies, with sound judgment about their capabilities and limitations; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, MBA, or a related field.
• Experience supporting senior leaders, high-potential talent, or other complex talent populations.
• Practical experience with AI, emerging technologies, workforce transformation, or future skills.
• Certification with psychometric assessments such as Hogan.
