Retail Trainer (Luxury Fashion)

Location: New York, United States — On-site; regular domestic and international travel across the North America region is required.

What you will do

• Coach, train, and develop retail teams in selling, service, and product knowledge through in-store and virtual sessions, workshops, and coaching.
• Observe client interactions and selling behaviors across North American stores and provide real-time feedback to Client Advisors and Store Managers.
• Use sales dashboards, KPI trends, and client feedback to diagnose performance gaps, identify opportunities, and track coaching progress.
• Adapt global training content for the North American market and design short-term and long-term coaching programs while maintaining brand standards.
• Develop Store Manager coaching capabilities and own adoption of the training platform.
• Own new-hire onboarding and induction in partnership with market, regional, and store subject-matter experts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of coaching experience in fashion-luxury retail, with experience across different cultures and markets.
• Fluent English.
• Experience customizing centrally developed training content for regional or local audiences.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, including the ability to lead training sessions and provide direct feedback.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, including flexibility for evenings and weekends.
