Senior Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany, with 3 days in the office per week at Tempelhofer Weg 60

What you will do

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers and define position specifications.
• Use market data to provide recommendations and support recruitment decisions.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
• Assess candidate profiles and deliver strong candidate slates.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Advise on offer details and mentor recruiters and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• Availability to work in a hybrid format with 3 days per week in the Berlin office.

• Experience hiring in a manufacturing or production environment.
