About the role
Numa, a European hospitality brand combining technology with serviced apartments and hotels, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage hiring across technical and non-technical functions.

The role combines full-cycle recruitment, proactive sourcing, hiring manager partnership, recruitment analytics and experimentation with AI tools.

What you’ll do
— Manage full-cycle recruitment from role scoping through offer and close
— Partner directly with hiring managers on requirements, success profiles and hiring timelines
— Build proactive sourcing strategies and engage passive candidates
— Coordinate interviews, debriefs and candidate evaluation
— Track key hiring metrics including time-to-hire, pipeline conversion and offer acceptance
— Use recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and improve processes
— Experiment with AI-assisted recruiting tools, including Claude and Metaview
— Help shape how AI is used across sourcing, screening and candidate communication

What they’re looking for
— 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, either agency or in-house
— Hands-on sourcing experience, including LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
— Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
— Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
— Ability to provide hiring managers with clear and timely guidance
— Experience with, or genuine interest in, AI tools for recruitment
— Strong organizational and prioritization skills
