Senior HR Business Partner (Florida)

Location: Miramar, Florida; onsite within the Florida Region Monday through Thursday, with a flexible work location on Fridays and approximately 25% travel.

Annual base salary: $95,700.00–$173,004.99.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute organizational and people strategies.
• Coach and advise leadership teams and managers on talent, organizational change, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Build talent management, succession planning, leadership development, engagement, and workforce planning programs.
• Lead change management initiatives and support organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Develop and report workforce data and metrics to guide business decisions.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and HR leaders while ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong HR business partnering, strategic thinking, and change-management experience with measurable results.
• Experience in talent management, leadership development, performance management, and organizational development.
• Strong negotiation, conflict-resolution, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in the Florida Region and travel approximately 25% of the time.
