Product Manager - C3 Generative AI (AI)

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end feature strategy, development, deployment, and delivery for C3 Generative AI.
• Write product specifications and Functional Requirements Documents in collaboration with engineering, data science, and product teams.
• Identify feature opportunities, contribute to the product vision, and translate roadmaps into structured development phases.
• Engage customers in technical discussions, software demonstrations, roadmap conversations, and scoping sessions.
• Create product marketing collateral, persona lists, keyword strategies, and demo content.
• Support product demonstrations for industry analysts and coordinate cross-functional feature releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 2–4+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, AI, or a related technical domain.
• Strong understanding of at least one AI/ML or enterprise application area, with foundational knowledge of generative AI, data pipelines, or model operationalization.
• Ability to structure technical problems, translate user needs into detailed feature requirements, and collaborate directly with engineering teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, strong organization, and comfort presenting software capabilities to customers.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.
