Digital Product Manager (AI)

Location: Stamford, Connecticut, United States; hybrid work environment

Base salary: USD 94,000–134,000 per year, plus eligible bonus or sales incentive plan.

What you will do

• Define product vision, roadmaps, release plans, and priorities based on business goals and customer needs.
• Design and manage AI and automation solutions using Salesforce, custom-built, and third-party technologies.
• Translate business requirements into product and technical specifications and lead scrum teams through backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
• Resolve technical and resourcing blockers and coordinate with IT partners on architecture, compliance, and delivery cadence.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, designers, and other product managers.
• Use data, mockups, user feedback, and usability testing to improve adoption, user experience, and measurable business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, or a related field is desired.
• 5–8 years of experience in digital product management.
• Experience managing software development initiatives within Agile frameworks and prioritizing competing workloads.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic planning, business acumen, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple stakeholder priorities and communicate technical and business information clearly.
• Bias for action, focus on timely execution and value delivery, and a growth mindset.
