Salary: $165,000–$228,000 USD base pay annually

What you will do

• Lead the Generative AI product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Define product requirements, technical specifications, roadmaps, and features with engineering and data science teams.
• Analyze AI/ML technologies underpinning the platform and influence product architecture and design decisions.
• Translate customer and market needs into user-focused, technically feasible product experiences.
• Drive cross-functional development, go-to-market activities, stakeholder communication, and product adoption.
• Monitor product metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and align delivery with business and performance goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, AI, or a related field, focused on technically complex products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, data pipelines, and model operationalization.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to deliver technically sound and scalable AI solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.
