Manager, Talent Products (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States or onsite at Figma's US hubs in San Francisco, CA, or New York, NY

Annual base salary: $204,000–$296,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for global recruiting processes, programs, technology, data, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team while remaining hands-on with complex recruiting challenges.
• Design and evolve standardized end-to-end hiring processes balancing speed, quality, consistency, compliance, and candidate experience.
• Translate business priorities and user needs into scalable recruiting programs and product solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Lead decisions about building, buying, integrating, automating, simplifying, or retiring recruiting technologies.
• Partner with Recruiting, People, IT, Legal, Security, and business stakeholders to align priorities and drive adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in recruiting, people operations, technology, product, or a related operational function.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven success building and scaling global recruiting processes, programs, and technology.
• Strong product management skills across strategy, roadmapping, prioritization, requirements definition, and outcome measurement.
• Experience designing AI-enabled recruiting workflows, automation, or decision-support tools.
• Deep knowledge of recruiting systems, integrations, analytics, and data governance.
