Manager - Strategy

Location: Remote USA

Salary: US base salary of $131,600–$171,100 per year, with potential bonus, commission, and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Support corporate and business strategy projects within the Chief Strategy Office.
• Evaluate customer segments, new markets, pricing, business models, and growth opportunities.
• Break down complex problems and structure project scopes.
• Conduct primary and secondary research and perform rigorous data analysis.
• Create strategic frameworks, financial models, and clear presentations.
• Support CEO- and Board-level communications while collaborating with executives, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5–8 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in strategy consulting.
• Experience leading cross-functional workstreams on high-stakes strategy initiatives and delivering outcomes aligned with executive objectives.
• Strong problem structuring, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality analyses, supported points of view, written memos, and slide presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
