Vice President (Research, Insight & Consulting)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the United States while working East Coast hours, or hybrid from the New York office.

Salary: $140,000+, plus bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Lead quantitative and mixed-methods research programs that address strategic client questions.
• Own and grow an existing account portfolio while identifying new business opportunities.
• Advise senior clients, lead high-level pitches to C-suite audiences, and manage the commercial pipeline.
• Shape the growth strategy for the Americas research and consulting team.
• Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team, including performance and career progression.
• Collaborate with regional leads on best practices and global client relationships.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in market research, insights, or a related consulting field.
• Strong experience across quantitative and mixed research methodologies.
• Proven success managing and growing client revenue.
• Experience leading teams, managing performance, and supporting career progression.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort with technology-first and AI-enabled research approaches.
