Focus on pushing delayed results forward, handling exceptions to standard procedures, and identifying recurring process gaps.
Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States; office attendance is expected 3+ days per week. A relocation stipend may be available for relocation to a hub location.
Salary: $43,000–$54,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Manage an assigned queue of at-risk drug and occupational health screening reports.
- Notify customers about canceled reports, turnaround-time breaches, and other risk statuses before escalation.
- Coordinate directly with clinics to obtain delayed results and missing documentation.
- Contact candidates about scheduling and screening status requirements.
- Use judgment to resolve cases outside standard operating procedures and document outcomes.
- Identify recurring failure points and flag process gaps to the broader program.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, vendor-facing, or coordination-heavy role.
- Comfort with extended phone conversations and persistent, professional follow-up.
- Awareness of HIPAA requirements and sound judgment when handling PII and PHI.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to identify patterns and escalate systemic issues rather than only resolving individual cases.
- Ability to work from the Nashville office at least 3 days per week.

- Experience in clinics, drug screening, occupational health, or background screening.
- Experience identifying process gaps and improving operational procedures.
