Associate, Music Supervision

Location: Hybrid role based at hirify.global's New York City headquarters

Base salary: $106,300–$125,750 per year

What you will do

• Partner with Instructors and Producers to develop signature class series and improve playlist quality.
• Curate music discovery and programming for upcoming rides, workouts, cultural moments, and themed classes.
• Build relationships with record labels and music publishers, with a strong focus on Country music.
• Secure rights approvals, coordinate promotional artist tie-ins, and curate editorial tools in the Crescendo music platform.
• Manage weekly music ingestion, maintain licensing compliance, and monitor industry trends and new releases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience at a record label, music publisher, or sync agency in a creative sync or music supervision role.
• Strong understanding of rights holders and experience working directly with talent.
• Deep knowledge and enthusiasm for music, wellness, pop culture, cultural moments, and music discovery.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to solve complex problems under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach.
