Associate Center Director

Location: Moline, Illinois, United States; onsite donor center

Base pay: $71,800–$95,700–$119,600 per year, with up to 14% bonus potential.

What you will do

• Assist the Center Director with daily donor-center operations, staffing, scheduling, and payroll records.
• Plan, implement, and execute training compliance while maintaining certifications, licenses, training records, and audit documentation.
• Ensure compliance with FDA-approved SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage audits, corrective and preventive actions, facilities, equipment, inventory, procurement, and product storage integrity.
• Analyze operational KPIs to improve production, costs, processes, and quality.
• Lead employee performance management, mentoring, recruiting, development planning, and employment decisions while supporting donor retention and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or up to three years of related experience preferred.
• Up to three years of operations, process management, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Three years of people management experience, including recruiting and training, preferred.
• Ability to work daytime and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts, and periodically after hours.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull up to 35 pounds; bend, stoop, kneel, and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work around blood-borne pathogens and enter a -40°C environment for short periods.
