Strategic Account Executive - DACH (German-Speaking)

What you will do

• Own data-driven account planning for strategic organisations across the DACH market.
• Manage the sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity in Salesforce.
• Lead customer conversations through compelling storytelling, vision transfer, and personalised solution selling.
• Build long-term relationships with enterprise customers and cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, Post-Sales, and Customer Success.
• Gather customer feedback and market insight to support Canva's product roadmap.
• Turn complex business situations into clear customer-ready presentations, documents, and other materials.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
• 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience with medium-sized businesses and large enterprise organisations.
• Demonstrated success with prospecting, new-logo acquisition, and full sales-cycle management.
• Experience navigating complex business challenges and developing suitable solutions.
• Strong planning, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in uncertainty and a fast-paced environment.
