Enterprise Architect Senior (AI)

What you will do

• Provide subject matter expertise for enterprise architecture teams, projects, and business clients.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for transitioning to target enterprise states aligned with business and technology goals.
• Build and operationalize governance capabilities, including automated compliance monitoring, standards-as-code, AI-assisted reviews, telemetry, health metrics, and drift detection.
• Embed governance controls across applications, APIs, infrastructure, data flows, AI solutions, platform engineering, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Guide architecture teams in baseline, target, roadmap, transition, system, security, and segment architecture development.
• Align stakeholders across business units and federated teams while managing risks and resolving complex architecture issues.

Requirements

• Typically 8+ years of industry-relevant experience in enterprise or IT architecture.
• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• Experience across business, data, application, and technology architecture domains.
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, critical thinking, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
• Must work in-office in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
