Reporting Analyst III (US Mortgage Banking)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; listed locations include San Francisco, California, and Florida.

Salary: $87,027–$138,965 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Develop data analytics, models, baseline metrics, and performance indicators for mortgage banking operations.
• Build and maintain management dashboards, regional reports, and executive review documents.
• Monitor KPI performance, identify correlations and root causes, and recommend business solutions.
• Design visualization dashboards and reporting methodologies that support business decisions.
• Conduct system audits to verify the completeness and accuracy of reporting data and metrics.
• Support planning activities, prepare internal presentations, and train colleagues on business intelligence tools.

Requirements

• Ability to work fully remotely within the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience with SAS, SQL, data management, reporting, query tools, or business analysis.
• At least 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
• Experience with MS SQL, business intelligence tools, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, prioritization, and independent working skills.

Nice to have

• Financial services industry experience.
• Experience with mortgage, consumer, or commercial sales origination platforms and systems.
• Previous experience with reporting tools.
