Global Supply Planning Specialist (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Manage supply planning and operational execution for an assigned global portfolio across internal and external manufacturing and packaging sites.
• Generate supply requirements, develop scenarios, manage exceptions, and resolve actual or potential supply constraints.
• Coordinate order management, master data maintenance, inventory planning, Days of Coverage, out-of-stock monitoring, and inventory health reporting.
• Represent the Global Planning team in Integrated Business Planning meetings, including site supply reviews, franchise reviews, global demand reviews, and external manufacturing meetings.
• Manage API, bulk, and finished-goods allocations when demand and supply are unbalanced.
• Support product launches, discontinuations, network transfers, system disentanglement, strategic supply initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, business management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or logistics.
• Strong communication, analytical, quantitative, and data-accuracy skills.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries through influence, negotiation, and stakeholder partnering in a global environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as SAP S/4HANA or similar MRP software.
• Regular full-time position based in Lucerne, Switzerland; relocation is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or QlikView.
• APICS certifications such as CPIM or CSCP.
