Product Owner III - AML Agentic Solutions

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Raleigh, NC; Charlotte, NC; or Birmingham, AL

Base salary: $91,000–$185,900 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, definition, and customer-focused direction.
• Create, maintain, prioritize, and lead grooming of the product backlog.
• Translate client and business requirements into product priorities, features, and user stories.
• Guide Scrum Teams toward work that delivers business value and supports customer needs.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, development teams, compliance, risk, operations, and technology stakeholders.
• Make product decisions and support solutions for fraud prevention, customer due diligence, sanctions screening, and financial crime detection.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of industry-relevant experience and a bachelor's degree or comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Strong knowledge of AML, BSA, KYC, sanctions, fraud processes, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience translating financial crime, compliance, or risk needs into product features and user stories.
• Experience prioritizing product backlogs and delivering customer and business solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile Development, Scrum, prioritization, risk management, and effective stakeholder communication.

• Familiarity with Agentic AI, automation, and emerging technologies that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
