Agile Product Owner Sr Lead (Payments)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

What you will do

• Lead product owners and manage end-to-end execution from feature inception through production.
• Deliver Zelle and Bill Pay functionality in collaboration with Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Develop product roadmaps, strategies, timelines, and actionable delivery plans for the modernization of Zelle.
• Coordinate migration of the technology stack to AWS and redesign Zelle front-end, APIs, backend functionality, ACH, and Paynet integrations.
• Manage backlog prioritization, PI planning, feature grooming, stakeholder engagement, and product vision alignment.
• Oversee KTLO and BAU operations, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, EOL migrations, vulnerabilities, PCI compliance, and security protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in the offered role or a related occupation.
• Experience with Zelle and Bill Pay, end-to-end payment processing, customer support, and dispute resolution.
• Experience with IBM Safer Payments, ACH, real-time payment APIs, PCI compliance, and payment fraud detection.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, test automation, product backlog management, and tools such as Jira, Visio, Microsoft Project, and Aha.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on large-scale system migration projects.
