Project Manager (NetSuite ERP)

What you will do

• Own project outcomes from kickoff through handover, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality standards, and governance.
• Plan and control project scope, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, success criteria, and contractual commitments.
• Lead project governance through weekly meetings, steering committees, executive reporting, and transparent status updates.
• Serve as the primary customer interface, managing stakeholder expectations, change management, decision ownership, and escalation handling.
• Coordinate functional consultants, technical consultants, solution architects, integration teams, and product teams while balancing resources and workloads.
• Lead risk, issue, change, UAT, training, readiness, cutover, adoption, and handover activities through post-go-live transition.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of proven experience delivering full-cycle ERP implementation projects.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP implementations.
• Experience in professional services and SaaS.
• Full professional fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, organizational, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SuiteSuccess methodology.
• PMP certification.
